Inquiry Regarding Student Participation and Endorsement Requirement
Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my strong interest in attending the upcoming Training Program. I am highly motivated by the program's focus on gender equality and women’s participation, as these are areas I am deeply passionate about.
I am currently a university student pursuing my studies. Because I am a full-time student, I am not currently employed by or affiliated with an external organization. I noticed that the application mentions a requirement for an organizational endorsement, and I wanted to respectfully inquire if you would consider waiving this requirement for a passionate student, or if I might be permitted to apply independently.
While I do not have a corporate or NGO backing, I am eager to bring a fresh youth perspective to the training. My goal is to gain the practical tools, advocacy skills, and foundational knowledge offered by your program so that I can implement gender-inclusive initiatives within my campus community and future professional career.
If given the chance to participate, I am fully committed to:
Active Engagement: Contributing meaningfully to all discussions, workshops, and group activities.
Knowledge Sharing: Bringing the insights and strategies learned back to my university peers to raise awareness.
Future Advocacy: Utilizing this training as a foundation for my upcoming academic projects and future career in social development.
I understand that these slots are highly competitive, but I hope you will consider giving a dedicated student the opportunity to learn from this program.
